AC was going out and ? water heater leaked. Contacted Chris who immediately wanted me to file insurance claim saying he could get me everything I wanted new. Not wanting any part of fraud, I had him replace thee AC. AC started soaking floor and ceiling with condensation. Called for him to check...Started avoiding my calls and text messages.. Also spoke to his wife but he ever came to check or returned calls..
Hasn't returned any calls regarding water heater replacement etc.
He will not backup his work. Will never recommend him. Also reported his work history to other RV owners in park showing pictures of how he did not back his work.

Please do not use this person!! He took our RV put it in storage, was paid by Foremost over $16K for repairs and wouldn't tell us where out trailer was. Thankfully my daughter took pictures of where the RV was taken.
We had to go FIND our RV at least 6 months later and pay for the storage. No repairs were made. Eventually, he came to our home to replace the AC unit. He put an old AC unit on the trailer, and in doing so he made additional damage to the roof. He said he would return to complete the repairs, but never has. Basically he took $16K, gave us a used AC and nothing more. Foremost cancelled us because he didn't make the repairs. This has been going on for a year. Ask your insurance company for preferred providers. I wish I had!

Chris did an excellent job! He had to replace a starter, and oxygen sensor, exhaust gasket, wiring cover that had melted, and had a negative cable wire that had melted too. It sounded like a hot rod and when we left it purred like a kitten. If you ever break down in the Houston, Pasadena area And need work done on your RV I highly recommend going to Chris at CR RV service. He had all the work done in 24 hours!! Thank you Chris!!!

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. Christopher Rios is a conman out on bond for stealing $60,000 (look him up. there are several lawsuits and criminal charges). Stay away from him. Chris is a great talker but he is full of it. He claimed he could help us with our pop-up camper. 7 weeks later we had to involve the police, threaten legal action, and got our money back. He became very aggressive/threatening over the phone. Many other victims out there, do not become one. STAY AWAY. BUYER BEWARE.

This guy is thief. He keeps your RV gets paid and doesn’t do any work on it. He won’t refund your money. Keeps making excuses as to when he will pay you. He is under indictment in Galveston for stealing from several people and not doing the repairs and collecting money from insurance companies and not doing the work. STAY AWAY……..

Beware! Beware! Chris is in and out of jail. Had my RV for several months with zero progress. Kept promising me it would be ready next week, one excuse after another. Save yourself the headache and use anyone besides this company. Read the other 1 star reviews!

CR RV service came out for a service call and diagnostics (on three issues). Very polite and personable. Returned and repaired one of the issues-no more problem there. However he has yet to come back to do the rest. I’ve made several calls and been told that he would be return on such and such a day. No show. After 6 weeks of this it is obvious that customer service is apparently not a priority.

Chris is a conman. Took my RV had it for close to a year. When I got fed up with his lies he tried to charge me 3 times the estimate. Was only able to get it back after the police got involved. What a nightmare this due is. Stay away.
