These people are a joke. Nobody knows whats goin' on half the time or what their passing out. They need a serious overhaul of staff. First get rid of the Karens up front then work on your warehouse staff problem. Get some competent help and get rid of the people you got grandfathered into the front desk. Give someone a guaranteed position like that for too long and you get the bad attitudes of people that think they are entitled to their job and untouchable.

When I contacted this company to buy more parts for an existing commercial project I was greeted politely. I explained that I needed a specific part ordered and wanted to know the turn around time. Without skipping a beat, the customer service agent asked if I already had an account with them. I replied not yet, but instead of pitching me on an account or membership, the agent took that as a opportunity to change their attitude.

I was shocked at how rudely I was told I would not be helped because I didn't have an existing account. I asked if there was a location locally to buy their product and gave them the item number from the website. The agent blurted out that the item wasn't in their system and it wouldn't be around for a while. I was confused as to how they could know it was out if they couldn't find it. I was already sure CRL Houston wouldn't be helpful at this point, so I called the first local glass hardware provider on a google search and found they had a back order of the item to be supplied two days from today.

I would give it no starts!!!
Been on hold for 14 minutes just to ask if they have extra of a part I’m looking for. Seriously holding for too long. Maybe they should stop going on smoke breaks, and flirting with the (guy) customers and take care of other customers ASAP!
