Great doctors for scheduled visits, but don't try to see them if you are ever actually sick. I will call for an appointment, be told none are available and then get referred to immediate care facility.....every single time.

My wife and I have been going here for three years and have had nothing but excellent service. Yes - you may have to wait at times just like any other service based business, emergencies arise and life is not about instant gratification. Research the individual provider reviews in the group, your personal experience may vary dependent on the provider you choose. Their Healow app provides an excellent communication conduit to the providers and also retains documentation for future references.

Dr. Singh is an amazing doctor. He's been my GP since I left my pediatrician and I couldn't ask for a better team than the one he's assembled at C&R Medical. His front office staff goes out of their way to help with scheduling, billing, and answering questions. Trish gets to know the patients very well and truly cares for us. Dr. Singh is responsive and open to all questions I have and has never made me feel rushed out of the office. I'm very lucky to have such a great crew taking care of me. I highly recommend this office.

I have been going here since there was only 3 doctors and I was completely satisfied with my doctor and the staff. they now have 9 different providers and you have to wait weeks to get into see your doctor and I have waited over an hour on more than one occasion to be seen and was also told by my doctor " that this was a lot for one visit" so I can only address one issue during a visit ? Needless to say I will be finding a new doctor. They seem to only care about the $.

Been a patient for 10 years. Never had a problem with front desk or doctors.
Dr Koehler is so sweet, listens, never rushes, and very knowledgeable.

Beyond frustrated with my experience. Every time I call with a medical question or to follow up on test results it takes days to get a call back, and it usually gets lost in translation and I have to ask my question all over again and wait even longer for a follow up call (never from my doctor, always from staff). I have been dealing with a medical issue since December and there is absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever regarding my issue.
