Terrible experience with Charlie Crawford. He trespassed on our property and spied through our windows several times. He made us live with out A/C two times for 4 days each time after the A/C broke because he was out of town and didn't want to be bothered. He made us clean up the water that soaked my son's carpet both times. My son had allergies from the mildew because he never properly cleaned the water damage nor did he replace the ruined carpet. My son's wood furniture was also damaged. At our walk through when we were moving out, Charlie told us we would receive our deposit back and $100 for the utilities he used for his maintenance men while we were living there and paying for his work. Now, he refuses to give us our full deposit and the $100 for utilities as promised. He is trying to blame us for damage from the old, shoddy construction of the house (10524 Plantation Bay Dr) Do not buy or rent this house! It has many issues, including broken/cracked tile all over kitchen and hall bath that we lived with for 2 years and he refused to fix or replace. We are filing complaints with the Realtor's Association and sheriff's office against Charlie Crawford and CR Crawford Realty. His partner, Shawn McNair should distance himself from this company.
