Such a great little craft store! If you’re looking for vinyl & supplies oh my goodness look no further!!
I have been doing business with Vinyl Creations for several months. Most of my purchases are vinyl & supplies.
I have always had amazing service! The ladies have always been super sweet & go above & beyond to make sure I have what I came in for.
If something is not in stock Mrs. Claudia will definitely do whatever she can to get what you need in a very timely manner.

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Sent pictures and she said they could make exact copy so we then drove 45 minutes away to pick them up and they looked nothing like what we ordered, scrap vinyl from Ukraine shirts was used on our shirts which did not match what we sent her, then she offered to fix them so when we picked up the second time one shirt had vinyl melted down it and looked like glue was running down the shirt they are always in a hurry and do not care about the customer just getting paid!!!

Placed a order on 6/30/21 & didn’t receive a shipping email until 7/28/21 so when I finally received it I returned it immediately because it took to long I no longer needed or wanted it after waiting over a month I’ve called nobody answers emailed twice & no response but this is what they said today “We haven’t received a package also according to our policy posted on our website we only do store credit, if she returned that order was because she changed her mind? How is that our problem we can offer a store credit once we receive the package" Great customer service yeah right! never will I order from this place again!!! & If I would of read the reviews on their facebook page before ordering I would have NEVER placed the order.

I have been trying to contact these people for the last week about my order I had placed. I have message, emailed and called and nothing! I placed my order on the 15th around 10ish which knowing order don't go out till the next day if you order before 3pm. So you think my order will go out on the 16th since it's still a weekday and order was placed way before 3pm! But we are now the 20th and my order has not even left out of your store yet!!! I needed this order that I had purchased that was way over $100 for a order requested for my customers and now I am having to reorder some where else. I want a full refund back or I need to know where this order is at!!! Order #4834

Responding: No I have no gotten a shipment status as you claim and on your website my order is still pending for it to be processed. I have been calling and no answer! So at this point y'all communication is very disappointing.

Wonderful Vinyl and craft shop, which not only offers the highest quality vinyl, but also personalizations for just about anything you can think of; custom shirts, hats, uniforms, signs, banners, stickers, car decals, etc. Super friendly and knowledgeable owner and staff. Love this place!
