My client and I were treated very poorly by Debbie. They did a survey for my client less than two years ago and when the client asked to have their pool tied in as an improvement on the survey, she refused and told them they will just charge them for a brand new survey. We did not expect it to be done for free, but it’s totally unreasonable to be charged the same price as a brand new survey. She then proceeded to question my commission on the home that I am helping this client with, comparing that to the commission she wanted to double up on by charging them for a whole new survey. Then, she told us we couldn’t talk to the surveyor himself to have him further explain why he can’t just tie in the pool. Avoid this company if you’re looking for people who stand behind their work and aren’t just worried about making a quick buck.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the Secretary is very unprofessional and rude. I spoke with her on 6/20 about doing a survey, she assured me they could do it. I sent all paperwork needed to her; after following up on 7/5 due to not hearing from her she lost all paperwork. I emailed paperwork, called to follow up on 7/6, she now tells me they are 5 weeks out and hung up in my face. Very very unprofessional.

From being extremely rude on the first time appointment, to hanging the phone up un the middle of the conversation, this place had no respect for their clients, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM. I usually never leave a review on anything but this was the most disrespectful and unpleasant experience I've ever had in my life..!!
