Walked in at this store asking for a specific bracelet and sales associate said its not from this brand.
I googled it showing the same exact bracelet and she said must be from discontinued collection .
The bracelet i was looking for is in yellow gold only.She asked me if i want something else I mentioned i dont like anything but yellow gold.
This lady walked out saying she have very similar bracelets and few moments later coming out with a tray of bracelets with white and rose gold absolutely opposite what i was mentioning to her .
After asking her few more questions I realised that she has absolutely zero knowledge and she is not listening at all what i was looking for.
Sales associate doesn’t even know her own merchandise which is currently in stock.The bracelet i was asking her i was able to find in a different location.
If someone is coming and asking for yellow gold and mentioning they don’t like white or rose gold why would you offer something which they don’t want?
We left upset because this is not the experience you are looking for.

I’ve been coming to this store for 2,3 years now, I have spent over 200k+ there. The person who was helping me I don’t know whether he lied if he’s the manager or not but his name is “Jason Rodriguez”Yesterday I went to put in an order for an earring that I lost one pair of it, and the guy who was helping just had an attitude from the beginning and of course he was rushing which is fine with me and the store was kinda empty. He didn’t even offer anything no water at all. I was also adjusting my bracelet size. After I signed the papers, I said to him omg this pen is so nice can I keep this by any chance? And he was like No that is the only one I have. (He lied because he opened the drawer and they were a bunch of them there) and I told him it looks like you have a lot there. Then again he looked at me angrily with an attitude and frustration and said “I said NO, they are expensive” then my friend asked how much it is I will buy it from you right now and I said that is a bit of interesting behavior towards customers. I asked are you the manager? He’s like yes. I said wow. I was not expecting the manager of VCA be this much of a rude person and have terrible customer service over a pen for a client who had spent 200k in the store. I was shocked by the managers behavior, everyone else in the store are very nice and they know me.

I recently visited the Van Cleef & Arpels store in Design District and unfortunately, my experience there was very disappointing. I was expecting a luxury shopping experience, but I encountered a representative named Jason who seemed rushed and provided extremely mediocre service.

My main reason for visiting was to look for a particular bracelet that wasn't available in the store. However, when I asked to have my wrist measured so that I could place an order, the representative's response was quite discouraging. He practically didn't even let me try.

As a loyal customer of the brand, I felt truly let down to witness how the luxury experience was being degraded in this particular store. It's sad to see how renowned designers can treat their customers so unkindly and inconsiderately. In such circumstances, I definitely prefer to do my shopping online, where I can at least find a luxurious experience that this store couldn't provide.

In summary, my visit to the Van Cleef & Arpels store in Design District was one of the worst luxury shopping experiences I've had. I sincerely hope that the brand takes steps to improve the quality of service and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and attention they deserve.
