Nice guys but I felt like I got scammed on the price a bit because an cold front was coming in the next day where my pipes could freeze. It felt as if they jumped the price because I had no choice but to get it fixed right then and there. Also, the invoices really need to be more broken down as to what I am ACTUALLY paying for. Don't just say its mainly "Labor". Just break it down.

After 16 years on honorable service, our hot water heater gave up the ghost. We researched a few companies and decided on CR Plumbing because so many residents in our area gave them positive reviews. I’m happy that I can add one more to their tally.

Nathan and James arrived on the scheduled date and early in the appointment window & got right to work. After answering a few questions, I got out of their way & let them do their thing.

They were quick, efficient, and let me know periodically where they were in their process and about how much longer they were going to be here.

In my experience, CR charges a fair price for the services they provide, and I’ll definitely consider them for future plumbing needs.

Dylan was great. Office people were great.

Been looking for a plumbing company. Getting charged $430 for 2 shut-off valves seems very expensive. Will call others to see if I am wrong. Overall, great job. Price?
