I've been having issues with my Toshiba air conditioner that we purchased last year. It started blowing hot air, then cold air, and would continue the vicious cycle repeatedly, which was so annoying! Luckily, we got a three-year plan from Home Depot. We had Eugene, a repair installation tech, come and take care of the situation. He was amazing; he fixed the issue and was very clever about it too. I'm so happy!! Five stars for Eugene. He is respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable!!! Now I’m cool as a cucumber! Lol ?

My dishwasher stopped draining and I was concerned that it was broken. I called up CR Appliance, Oleg was able to come out that afternoon, he diagnosed the problem after having to crawl around under the sink and under the dishwasher, Whew! Hard job!
So it was the pump that was broken, Oleg had to check if the part was on hand in the warehouse. Lucky for me, it was and he came back and installed it! Done! All in one day!

If there could zero stars, it would. Scheduled an appointment with this company for my dryer. They cancelled the first 9-11 am window because apparently the technician broke his phone and needed google maps to get to my location ( as if he couldn’t call to get directions) rescheduled for same day 2-4. Never showed. Very unreliable. No call, no explanation.
Scheduled elsewhere.

Alex was fantastic. Arrived right on time, and he not only completed the stove repair quickly, he came up with an ingenious solution to repair broken stove knobs. He cleaned up after and was finished in an hour. He deserves my highest recommendation.
