I went to Home Depot over the weekend. I purchased two Moen faucets with drain assembly and drain for my tub. After l checked out l went to Customer Service to request a Pro Referral for installation. The rep printed out 5 licensed and bonded contractors. She said they reach in the 24 to 48 hours. As l was leaving the parking lot MR Mejia of Creative Creations called me to set a time to come out for a quote. He and his partner came out on Monday, the quote was good. We hired his company. The work was done professionally and efficiently. We were impressed. We will hire Creative Creations again. We highly recommend their services.

Following up on a previous review and warning others not to hire this contractor for any kind of bathroom work. Jamie re did our bathtub area with poor tile work, messy grout, improper sealing. The tub has began leaking water and its ruined the base boards surrounding wall. Will we need to hire a actual professional as Jamie has refused to come fixed his original mistakes and has gone silent ever since receiving the final cash payment. Will be making a report to the BBB. He has already hidden his facebook reviews from this poor contracting practices.

I have been using Jaime and creative creations construction for small and large jobs. As a female, I never felt like Jaime was ripping me off. His prices were always reasonable - if not less expensive than other contractors. I have had Jaime and Juan do the following jobs: replace fascia board and paint to match; fill a large hole in the ceiling; fix and correct a vent pipe on the roof; install smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors; paint stucco siding. No job is too small for Jaime and his team. They always arrive as scheduled. It was raining before the start of one of their jobs so Jaime texted to let me know that he had to reschedule because the rain would not allow the roofing materials to adhere. I really appreciate you, Jaime and Juan! Both are professional, and get the work done!

I get that new businesses have to start somewhere but I do not recommend you take your chances here. We have had such a nightmare with Jaime. He is very unreliable, doesn’t show up at a consistent time and doesn’t call when he’s running late, even when it’s hours later. His crew did such a sloppy job with our bathroom remodel. Even long after they were finished, we have discovered gaps in the grout (pics included). And lastly, they dented our 7 day old fridge. Disappointed and infuriated.
