Terrible customer service, no one smiles, no one genuinely tries to help. My wife received a pair of earrings as a wedding gift from her aunt only about a month ago. She used them for 5 days and one of the posts broke off. They claim there is no warranty on it. Van Cleef wants to charge $180 to fix it, which would be fine if the repair came with some sort of warranty, but it doesn't. So there's nothing protecting us if this post breaks again. They also had my name wrong, my email wrong, and no address on file for me. There was another employee who was treating another client so much better than how we got treated. I left feeling very frustrated. What's the purpose of having a luxury product if the quality and service is so poor?

I wish I could have give ZERO star if possible, I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, waited more than 30 minutes past the scheduled time. No one came to check on me and I had to go back to the front to let them know I was still waiting for associate. I had made an appointment to buy a birthday gift for myself but instead, it became an experience I'll never forget—for all the wrong reasons. Frustrated and disgusted by their horrible services. My boyfriend and I left the place without saying a word. I swear I will never set foot in that place ever again.

Drove a long distance to buy a Mother’s Day gift for my wife. Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost hope in this brand. I tried to call ahead of time to get an appointment, and of course they still haven’t fixed the phone issue that many reviews are complaining about. Why bother having a phone if you don’t answer it. When I arrived at the store, I had to wait in line just to be asked to place my name on a waiting list. I waited two hours and I never received a call. I checked the website and you can’t even book an appointment at the Beverly Hills location. I tiktoked the entire event. Feel free to watch it my username is @officialmurillo. Whatever service rep that replies to these reviews are not doing anything to better their service. They just reply on here to make it seem like they’ll change but they don’t.

I purchased the malachite vintage alhambra earrings in July from The Beverly Hills shop at Rodeo. The experience was lovely until I arrived home (NY) and realized they gave me the wrong box. I called and left a message, called the 800 number and no one called back. Instead they texted me they could not ship a box as it was against store policy. The most egregious part was them telling me they put $5000 Vintage Alhambra earrings in sweet alhambra boxes all the time. This is not true; It would damage the earrings. I expressed this in my message to them. One stone cracked 10 days after purchase!
I went to the NY VCA store and they were shocked the Beverly Hills shop would give me an unsuitable box for their most delicate stone. Worse that they did not try to rectify this. They apologized profusely and gave me a new pair. This is the service one would expect from VC, especially as a long time client. To think, this could all have been avoided if they properly trained their staff or at the minimum correct the issue. Images for proof.

By the way I never did receive the box they supposedly shipped!

Exceptional experience with Oliver at this location! The whimsical creations, luxury atmosphere, and friendly and knowledgeable client service made my experience worthwhile. Oliver took the time to suggest pieces that reflected my personal sense of style. He also thoroughly explained the care instructions for each metal and gem to ensure I will enjoy my new acquisitions for many years to come. I was also given a tour of the chic Maison at the end of the appointment, allowing me to explore additional creations for my next purchase. Thank you Oliver for a very enjoyable shopping experience!

My best advice is to get an appointment. They try to give each customer the time they need and it also keeps everyone safe. This is an expensive boutique and maintaining a controlled environment is needed! Daria and Oliver were great. He took my order and measured my wrist to make sure that the resizing was accurate. Cant wait to get my order in!

The worst customer service. Especially from a designer store. You will not receive a phone call back about anything (including an order I placed) unless you call 6 times. It’s embarrassing for them. I’ve been trying to have someone call me about my order I placed for over a week. The receptionist answers and tells me she is not allowed access to orders and someone will call me.
