Amazing service and great people! Thank you so much.
We called them for help because the company that installed our windows and doors a few years ago had gone into liquidation.
We couldn’t believe how quickly they arranged a visit to assess the situation… window drafts and water ingress, plus a back door where the locking mechanism was catching when open/closing. Sound advice was given and a team arranged to fix.
Within 4 days of making the initial call we now have dry and daft free windows, a working back door and lots of advice and support. Everyone we spoke to from the initial call, to the gentleman who came to assess, then the team who came out to fix, were absolutely brilliant.
I will be recommending to all friends and family in need.

A very positive experience. They arrived on time to give their opinion and estimate, and unbelievably, they were able to carry out the work 2 days later. The technicians arrived slightly early and got straight to work. They invited me to check the function of the window and door in question. Brilliant, I only wish years of dodgy tradesmen hadn't put me off getting these niggles dealt with sooner.
