I have purchased several prints from this company in the past, the quality of the prints has brought me back. This last order however has been the absolute worst.

Dan, the representative that I have spoken with twice, told me on our first call that he had forgotten about sending me my proofs, which had me miss the opportunity to gift one of the prints to a revered client. I shrugged it off, told him I know that these things happen sometimes. Then, after I had received the proofs, I spoke with Dan and was assured that there would be no problem getting the prints to me before I departed on a business trip, that would have me out for over a month. I was assured that there would be no problem getting them to me, in what was then 3 weeks. However, as I never received a shipping confirmation, I emailed back to check in on what was going on. I got an email back, with a shipping conformation #, that when I checked, was no good. No record with UPS, checked online and I called. Days later, at the time I am writing this review, I have still heard nothing. I have text, called, and emailed.

This problem may all stem from one negligent employee as "Dan" is the only person from this place that I have had contact with. My hope is that this will reach anyone else in the organization.
