They are dishonest expensive and unreliable. Once I had made a commitment to them they then found new faults. For an MOT they said I needed a new rear wiper. That is not part of the MOT procedure. They had my car for nearly two days despite promising just a day. Would nit recommend.

The staff at CR Morrow Hyundai were good because they were incredibly helpful in explaining our options, especially as we were buying from the Republic of Ireland. James was always on hand to answer any questions and everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very friendly and helpful to us when we rang the showroom.

I was extremely impressed with my service at CR Morrow. I arrived early and was greeted by Gerard Flanagan who took me through what the service would entail and how long it would take. Gerard managed to take bring my allotted slot forward to help me get away for an appointment. I was happy to wait for the service and was guided to the comfortable seating area with fresh coffee available. My service was completed promptly ahead of schedule. Gerard explained everything that had been done and explained some small issues that would need attention going forward. In summary - very professional & courteous experience / great attention to every detail and competitively priced.

Very poor experience to say the least , bought a car , and was really pushed to get “service plan” by James , later on figured out I was completely missold on this and incorrect information was given to my by sales rep, immediately requested refund , promised refund by Michael , week later still chasing this refund ! Absolute disgrace, to treat customer who spends thousands on cars. Will not be back , let see how long will this refund takes to process . Shocking
