Thanks to Clear Access Law I was able to receive a Temporary Resident's Permit and then, finally, a CR Criminal Rehabilitation Status. I can now visit my brother and his family in Canada! It was a year-long process (due in large part to the difficulties and time it took for me to jump through the legal hoops). I recommend Ilir and his fabulous team without hesitation. We hired Clear Access Law to do our TRP and CR. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Our TRP was approved in 5 weeks and the CR was just approved about 10 months later. The best decision we made was hiring thos fantastic law firm. Thank you to Clear Access Law and the team that assisted me. I have applied for my TRP and CR due to a work trip I need to on in February of 25. We applied and sent in my application back in late September 24, and received an answer in January of 25 for my TRP that it was accepted. I was convicted of DWI in 2015, paid a hefty fine and court costs, successfully completed my probation and was able to get my driver's license reinstated. I thought that was all behind me. I paid my dues. Imagine my surprise when my insurance agent informed me the Canadian government has a 10-year ban on DWI cases. Ilir and Ben guided me through the lengthy, detailed process of gathering my documentation and helped me fill in the blanks. It took more than 18 months after submission of the criminal rehabilitation application before I finally got clearance to travel to Canada to see my son and his family. While I was not happy about the need for getting a temporary resident permit (TRP) to get into Canada for a brief stay related to a major family event, Clear Access did a great job navigating me through the process and were able to get the TRP issued on an expedited basis. It took a fair amount of effort on my part to do the necessary background documentation, but their fees were reasonable and they were supportive and very nice to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone in need of Canada immigration-related legal services.
