I'm very happy that I got in touch with Charles instead of a tow truck. He was at my location within 20 minutes, had the repair done soon after. Saved me tons of money in a tow/Ubers that I would have paid going back and forth to a repair shop, work, home, etc.
I will call him again next time I have any issues.

This guy is straight trash. For the love of everything that is holy, do not hire this person. He deserves only the worst in life. I think a class action suit is in order.

Day one - we called to ask if they would come out to service our car. This was a last minute call so we were very thankful that they were willing to drive to us. The man came, looked at our car and said he needed to come back the next day because he did not have a certain tool.
Not a problem at all.

Day two - we scheduled for him to come around 4. My husband left work early to meet him. The man never showed up and when we called he basically acted like he forgot. We rescheduled for 4 the next day.

Day three - 4:00 comes around. My husband texts him to ask if they were coming. They said they were on their way. 5:00 comes around and still no one… we tried to call but I’m pretty sure they blocked our number.

It’s fine if you can’t / won’t do the job… but at least let us know so we can have someone else come and we can stop wasting money on Uber rides. ?

Would not recommend.

Charles and his son have completed 3 jobs on my Nissan and have been lifesavers! They were professional, timely, and Charles took the time to hear me speak about the problems the car was having and addressed each specifically. The car is running so much better now and I'm so grateful.

CR Auto was able to come on very short notice and fix my car. I took it to get the battery tested and they said it was my alternator. I then got it tested by CR auto and he said it was my battery. It was my battery and he was able to come in and replace it. Great service.

I am reading all reviews right now before leaving mine. What I can say about Charles is that maybe for a simple issue like changing a tire he can be efficient and reliable, but if the work is more challenging then he becomes a thief.
My husband and I had him to come over to fix the fuel pump. After a couple of days the engine warning light was still on and another issue connected to the fuel cap came up.
After 2 weeks the car was not ok and we figured that the job was not properly done and we contacted Charles again. He said he was out of town until the next Monday. It was Tuesday and having only one car we had to have it repaired so we told him we were going to the dealership as we have no other choice (and honestly I felt like we couldn’t trust him again on the car incurring in more problems). We then went to the dealership to have an accurate diagnostic and it turned out that fuel pump was leaking and whatever Charles put on didn’t fit and wasn’t pressed accordingly.
At this point we had to get the job done asap and explained Charles we would like a refund either for the service or for the fuel pump.
He requested for the receipt from the dealership and we gave it to him, then he said he needed the old part and he would go to the dealership and then he just kept finding excuses and didn’t want us to give us the initial receipt of the job he did and his company name information when we asked.
That really feels like fraud.

September last year I had a battery problem. Contacted Charles to come over to my house.
He told me that I needed a new battery. He installed one and charged me $250 for battery and installation.
It’s not even one year yet and I was informed by Firestone that I need a replacement.
That battery should have lasted between two to three years.
I will not be using this service again.

Worst service ever! Deceitful.. charged $80 for $11 part. Said it would be $380 for labor, charged $400. And never ACTUALLY FIXED THE ISSUE!!! He is a liar and a scammer! Takes advantage of the customer!! He is morally WRONG
