Although I do not enjoy writing negative reviews, I do so in order to help businesses improve.

The poor cleanliness of the establishment, the chaos of taking orders, and the unpleasant taste of my raw chicken were all disappointing aspects of my experience.

While the manager was apologetic and offered a refund, I emphasized to him that it was not just about the money but also about the overall service and high prices for the quality of the food.

If the business can address these issues, they have the potential to succeed.

Always great food and fast service! The smokey is always a go to and the chicken salad sandwich is always soooo good!
I'd advise placing your order online for faster service. We literally place our order online and it's ready in like 10mins!

I have got to be harsh and I been having CR chicks for over around almost 10 years, however though, I always had the Palm Beach Gardens location and after moving to Wellington 2 years ago I have been very disappointed with this location.

I only ever get the Smokey.
I’m not a professional food critic, but I can tell you the other location is more generous and better tasting, don’t believe me see for yourself the other day I realized this.

Anyways I hope they get it together.

It was a lot of confusion. I had to repeat my order 4 times. I was told a total for the order and given and when I paid I was given the wrong change. I quickly looked at receipt and saw a different total. I was ignored when I said excuse me because they were already helping the next guest. I got my order and grabbed a menu to check the prices. When I got home I see what she did. She originally rang up the correct order. For some reason she deranged the wrong order charging me 11.50 instead of the 5.45 cents for the salad that I got. It he salad in the picture is not worth 11.50! The cesar salad with chicken are 16.00 for a large are a little pricey too. I sent a message for any type of response before this review but no one responded.

A Palm Beach county local favorite for most of my life. The chicken is perhaps the best rotisserie chicken in Florida. The only thing I don't like there is the chicken salad. People are leaving bad reviews because of food prices. I understand people want a remodel since it's the original design. Small family business remember?

Staff was extremely friendly, no issues with that and the food came out quick also, but way over priced. They gave me a Caesar salad for like $12 almost $13 and just threw a piece of chicken on top, I was definitely disappointed especially seeing the size of the portion, probably cost them $2 to make this meal.

Great food. Definitely couldn't have made the chicken any more perfect. The green beans were seasoned well enough that they disappeared before I got around to tasting anything else, and I never would have thought that "horseradish smashers" would end up being some of the best mashed potatoes I've ever had. Look forward to being back for more.
