Wow, an all new low in customer service. I’m not sure if the folks here are more rude or discourteous but there’s plenty of both to go around. Not one of my 5, yes 5 phone calls were returned regarding the pickup time so I just just went there to pickup my Audi flown in from Germany. When I finally got a person to pop into their processing window where I was told they cannot use the electronic document I had by a rather impolite young lady ( that’s being nice BTW). Instead it needed to be printers and they would not let me use one of there printers. So off I went to Loves to print it out. The rest of the process was just as bad.
I would never choose this company to transport anything of mine no matter how low the cost is. There are plenty of better choices available.

Will... I couldn't agree with you more. I didn't even know people like that exist. } Awful. Most likely they get paid very little., but still a pretty nasty bunch of folks.

Dishonest group of individuals.
We DO NOT recommend doing any business with this company whatsoever, if you care about your own well being. Dispatcher Booked a load, and exactly 31 minutes after getting the Rate Confirmation, we informed them that our truck was having engine issues. They wrote a Freight Guard report, making claims that the driver number we shared was disconnected. We have email proof of everything. I urged them to call the number to verify, their only response was " You can dispute the report. I have my justification". False justification that is. They think they are doing something good, but are only harming others, and tarnishing their name.

Do not book a load, in case something happened( which is part of the trucking industry), the will report you, and will not be open to having a rational civil conversation.
