Totally incompetent in handling your legal affairs, they only hire Jr. Lawyers who bill at senior lawyer rates but don't have the experience. You'd be better off phoning a freind. Their rating speaks for itself, shop around and don't waste money like we did. The most frustrating professional experience I've ever experienced. Run for the hills.

After participating in a Zoom seminar presented by Lyle Carlstrom, we asked Holland & Company to represent us in a real estate purchase in which we were involved. We were very satisfied with the service we received. They were prompt to reply to our email questions and supplied detailed answers. Lyle also provided some timely advice on several matters which could have adversely affected our plan to fund this purchase. All in all, Holland & Company provided professional and knowledgeable service and we would highly recommend them.

I was absolutely gob smacked when I asked what they would charge me to do a simple realestate purchase agreement. The amount was a percentage of the property value, an expense which would have cost me $1000's!
Went to a notary and had the document completed for a fraction of the price.
Shop around. This service provider is not looking after your financial interested!

Was confused & needed help, so I called Holland & Co. I had a meeting, paid a fee & left with an understanding to call when I had received the final document I needed.
When I called back, I was told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn't be helping me, but they would be keeping my fee. Why not just tell me that at the beginning?
Really unhelpful and wouldn't recommend. Way to take advantage of a single mom.

My business needed to happen during the covid19 pandemic. Lyle & his staff had plans in place to help clients. That made me feel safe & at home so I could concentrate on the matters at hand. They made themselves available when signatures were required during trying times and the completion of my business was extremely timely, I couldn't have asked for better.
