Throughout the process, he also provided us timely and up to date pre-qualification letters so that we could submit offers showing we were pre-approved for our loan.

We ended up biding on 5 different homes before finally being accepted. Craig was there every step of the way, answering every call on weekends and after hours and ready to assist with all of our loan needs. Craig is an amazing communicator and an open and patient listener. Through out the process, Craig was always accessible and ushered us through the various transactions providing good judgement and insightful advice. He provided a thorough review and understanding of documents and flawlessly navigated the complexities involved in getting a new home loan from the initial qualification to closing.

One thing that consistently stood out, was Craig’s strategy to lock in the best interest rate possible. Daily, Craig watches key indicators affecting mortgage rates and provided us a winning strategy to lock the best rate available at the lowest cost. Craig is a mortgage lending broker which means he can shop several banks for the best rate and lowest cost. His experience, knowledge, and market analysis was so very impressive and definitely demonstrated to us that he was the very best that the mortgage lending industry had to offer.

On the morning of our closing, Craig sent me a text that said he would be available if there were any last minute issues or questions from the title company. I can tell you that I have sold and purchased several homes over the years and I have never had a mortgage broker more attentive.
