Great option for our of the box and scratch & dent appliances and more. You must have an appointment too get in so call ahead. They are very flexible as far as offering to put items on hold for 24 hours or more.

Avoid this company. I have signed the contract with them in April, they scheduled the door delivery 4 times. Each time i had to reschedule the paint job that we want to do after the door is installed and it's still not installed. I tried working with them, but it doesn't seem to work. I found them through Costco, i thought that means that they are a good company. I wish i had done more research.

I went through Costco and used this company to install a new garage door in February 2022. In August 2022, we attempted to open the garage one early morning and it fell off the track. They came out later that day and repaired it. I wasn't home and they didnt leave a ticket or any notes. A few days later I called back to let them know that I was still insecure about the door and that it seemed to be making a weird noise. The employee assured me that the door was safe and finally I started using the door again. Finally last week, I looked at the metal bar I realised that the metal pieces don't align and therefore every time the rollers get to the bend, part of the metal roller is shaved off. I contacted the company with the above information. They told me to call Ken, the Costco sales rep. for the company and gave me a non working number for him. I found a good number for him.
I told him the above issue and he assured me that he would put a ticket in and have someone call me to set up an appointment.
It has been more than 10 days and no one has called me. I suspect they are waiting for my one year warranty to lapse.
I haven't even mentioned the poor customer service that I received on the front end.
This company's lack of concern for my family by installing the garage door in a defective manner twice is disgusting!! I'm sure they'd provide equally poor service for your family too.

Had a garage service for new door, the technician got really upset because I asked him to park on the street opposed to the driveway, really nasty attitude and the door is not leveled, if your in a manager position with this company and your reading this, fix the problem else you will continue to lose customers

I had a great experience throughout the entire process. The showroom is first class. During these trying times due to supply chain issues I was kept in the loop regarding my appliance purchase. I was greeted with professionalism from the first time I walked in the door until the installer completed the install. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Sewell Appliance.

After I had my vinyl replaced by my warranty company, the original company that removed my stove never came back; I was without my stove going on a week. BSI was able to come out the day after continuous calling to my warranty company and finally getting a response. Derrick arrived an hr earlier than the time window given, courtesy text/call 30 min before arrival, they were there 5 minutes max. Great experience following a dropped ball from another company.

This excuse for a company installed appliances in my new home, closing paperwork and warranty information stated they would offer a 30 day replacement of my appliances. When we moved in the dishwasher had a leak, reps came out and stated it needed replaced. This place refuses to honor their 30 day replacement warranty and is trying to get the manufacturer to 'repair' it. 10 days after closing I am still getting the runaround. Please do not do business with this company, there are many others out there that truly focus on customer service.

I ordered some kitchen appliances in February and did not receive them until March. Upon inspection of my appliances I noticed they provided me with different merchandise than originally requested. On top of that my contractor had picked up these items, yet they still charged me for delivery!!! My quote was $100 less than they charged me plus an additional $104 for delivery which was not required. I returned the items in March and as of today (4/30/18) I have yet to receive a refund. They acknowledged the need to a refund but have yet to do so!! After numerous phone calls all of which have not yet been returned I have decided too make a complaint to the BBB. This company is awful.
