Carlos and his team came out to do a whole house paint job for the interior which came out great! He also did an epoxy floor he did for me was in the garage which at first was great. After the main house I had him goto a rental of mine to do the flooring and paint.

Here is where it all went down hill. After explaining the issues at the rental property that were not done he got upset he had to go back. After he was done going back he wanted me to leave my job to come check his work which I could not just leave because he was done and didn’t want to possibly come back again. Once going back and checking there were still issues which I gave up because his attitude was very sour towards the job. I’m now stuck with a shoddy job because I didn’t want to argue with him anymore.

Back to the main house, After noticing several spots without any sheen/gloss I contacted him. He never got back to me to help fix the issue and left me high and dry. He claims it’s a 5 year warranty but looks like it was a 0 day warranty. I’ll find another more reputable company next time then a newer company that doesn’t stand by there word all the way through.

I will add up front Carlos is a super nice guy though and trust worthy.
