Dishonest and takes advantage of misfortune. During Hurricane Helene he quoted me one price then charged another price to my insurance company, taking half of my policy coverage and preventing me from being able to make all of the necessary repairs to my property. It’s unfortunate that I had to deal with this turmoil amidst all of the other challenges the hurricane brought.

These guys are great. I’ve used them a couple times now at different houses and I won’t be calling anyone else for future needs. Quick response time to come out for estimate. On time and quick but excellent work during job. Do a great job cleaning up as well.

Augusta was devastated by Helene and we didn't know where to turn. Our neighbor's home was crushed by a 100 year old oak and half of the tree leaning toward our house ready to fall. Eric and his team had taken care of a friend of ours and his parents and he came highly recommended. We called Eric and he came out at the end of a hard day and within 24 hours the tree was removed from next door and the dangerous tree down.
Eric was professional, caring and reassuring. He has been a blessing to us and I cannot say enough about his gifted, amazing team.

Chuck and his team are great. I had a large water oak tree hanging over the house, within a couple feet of the septic tank and gas line, and near a bunch of other trees. They did a great job making sure the house and other utilities weren't damaged. Due to the proximity of one other tree they couldn't help hitting a tree next to it with some limbs and other debris. The adjacent tree ended up dying about 30 days later (crown was completely barren). I asked Chuck to come look at it and he said that he can't believe the tree died. He has never seen a tree die from what happened when they were cutting, but he would bring the arborist out to check. The arborist said he hasn't seen it happen in his 25 years, but it was too coincidental so they would remove the adjacent tree for free.

Was looking for someone to do a small job so I went driving through the neighborhood and ran into Eric and his crew. He agreed to do a very small job which I was very appreciative of.. the next week we decided to remove a good many trees at my daughter’s house. I had Eric come out. Gave me a great price and was extremely satisfied. so satisfied that we had them do another tree removal at my father in laws house. Appreciate the fact that Eric was very personable, prompt with returning phone calls etc. job well done. Will be recommending to all my friends.

They were doing work in the neighborhood and I decided to get a quote on taking down three trees, two of which had been identified as hazards (one was a massive sweet gum). Bill's price was right and I could see that the crew were really good at what they did (energetic and confident, professional climbers, professional equipment, and man did they work hard). The job was done safely, efficiently, and their cleanup was great. I would definitely call them again, and I am already recommending them to my friends!
