I have been around long enough to have a variety of experiences with contractors, vendors, etc. I am absolutely 100% pleased with CR Wolfe and Tom (the technician they sent out to me). Tom was friendly, efficient, and skilled... and entertained all of my questions. He performed his work in a neat and orderly fashion. Additionally, the people in the office at CR Wolfe are always pleasant to deal with and very helpful. I've had my service contract with them for more than a year, and I'm a very happy customer.

I’ve used this company more than once. When no ther company answered their phone in the middle of the night, CR Wolf not only answered the call but came out. They are very reliable, honest, experienced, professional and extremely courteous. I love this company and highly recommend them if you have any issue with HVAC. My furnace went out on the coldest day in the middle of the night, they was there. The capacitor out on the hottest day, they was there. Thank you CR Wolfe

I don’t know how they do it but once again CR Wolfe proved to be a leader when it comes to their service techs - Jacob today showed up to find a leak in my heating system and was steadfast and committed and found the leak and ensured the system was operating optimally. His pleasant, respectful, and professional demeanor sets the example of what should be expected - Now, once again The house is warm and the system is working as it should/expected- thank you

We had our old furnace and oil burner replaced with a propane based system and also added central AC. We worked with Nick on the sales/engineering side and he was a pleasure to deal with! The installation team from CR Wolfe did a great job - everyone on the crew was courteous and professional. I would highly recommend CR Wolfe!

Worse experience with customer service I've ever had. I'm told they dont serve Mobile homes and when I said its not a Mobile home it's manufactured, they make an appointment. Then the appointment time comes and no one arrives. I had to call and find out what happened for them to tell me they once again don't service Mobile homes.

This company doesn't seem to know the difference between the two styles, nor do they have the decency to find out if they have licensing prior to getting my hopes up of being able to fix the heating in my home.
