GM ! I would like to share my experience with this company . We have been having a rough time these last few months . However on Thursday Ms. Kim and Ms. Blanca came out to my home to do their inspection and honestly they did their job but they also offered peace with their professionalism . Ms. Kim came right in and sprung into action along with Ms. Blanca they took their time and I feel everything will work out . You know when you are going through this thing called life the one thing you do not want is a company to add to the problem . These ladies came in did their job while offering kind spirits . I hope this gets to the right people because they deserve something special . We thank you both for being awesome people .

CRDN has been trying to resolve my curtain issue for the past 4 months. They took the payment before the job was completed and are now passing the buck on who might be responsible for the bad job. Unhappy with the shoddy service and will think twice before reusing them!!!

Lots of items were not returned, never received a list of items taken, some items were damaged, received another client's items plus a storage closet with old outdated clothes were cleaned after telling them to skip those items. Even new ski goggles still in the box was taken and not returned

Do NOT use this company. They will tell you anything upfront to get your business and do the exact opposite. CRDN told me most of the items were not safe to clean. Those items were taken away only to be returned to me as if they had been cleaned even though it was clear they still had soot on them. It appears the items were taken away and billed in an effort to make more money from the insurance. These guys are fraudsters. Appliances, electronics, and expensive items went "missing" and items that did not belong to us ended up mixed in with our stuff. They are heartless crooks who kack common decency. If I could rate zero stars I would. Watch out. A class action lawsuit is coming CRDN. Just look at these reviews.

Terrible experience. Our home caught fire and our insurance recommended we use this company. We will never trust in this company again because exactly the newest most expensive pairs of shoes were the ones that “went missing” under their care along with several other clothing items and hats. Several pairs of of shoes and purses were ruined in the cleaning process. Our brand new 75in TV was damaged during transportation and no longer works but they did not accept responsibility for the damage and so our insurance will not cover it.

We used CRDN after a lightning strike and fire at our home. They were recommended by our insurance company. They were prompt and fast with the emergency items, within days, that we needed since it was winter and we needed warm things. They sorted and cleaned all of our items and then stored them as agreed. Then when required they returned all items to us. Claudia and her team were very fast, polite and efficient and Jerry and his team professionally helped us work through any issues that came up. The people were very kind and caring during a terrible time for us.

I honestly don’t even know how to express my gratitude to Gerardo , Gregory and Theodore for what they did for me . My home burned down and I lost everything. These men acted like they were trying to rescue items from their own family home . They handled my handbag collection with care and even rescued a few of my lululemons. When you have lost everything but the dress you were wearing ( not even any underwear) when your house caught fire , any precious memory , possession or comfort is so meaningful . They risked themselves in a very dangerous situation to help a stranger . You will not be sorry for hiring CDRN

USAA set me up with CRDN to restore all of my clothing, shoes, electronics, and upholstered items following a fire that my neighbor's started. Emily was top notch to work with. Within minutes of filing my claim with USAA, Emily called me to arrange her crew arriving bright and early the next morning to get everything hauled away. She kept me updated by text and worked directly with the insurance company to request payment for the non-salvageable items. Strongly recommend for any water/smoke damage items.
