I do not typically leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this has to be the absolute WORST customer service I have ever received. They took weeks and weeks just to order 2 handles because of not responding to emails and not answering or returning phone calls then once we received them they were the wrong ones. I have had them reorder the correct product and it's been over a week from when I was told they were ordered and promised they would send me a new confirmation for this order that day. I still have yet to receive a confirmation or estimated delivery date. I have called and emailed multiple times and still nothing. Paying $500 for 2 drawer pulls, you would think their customer serviced would be slightly elevated. I do not recommend.

The company has good products, but need to train better some of the employees. In my case, the customer service representative, Francisco, in Orland Florida, is the worst, and last person I would put to assist customers. Instead of being polite, and try to catch more customers for the company's benefit, he just kept asking for more and more instead of focusing on my question. At the end, I left the showroom, and decided to buy from somewhere else.

Be careful of these scammers. If they get your credit card number they will split up shipments and over charge for freight. If you call customer service for resolution, they act like they don't speak English. I will order parts elsewhere.

Had a bad experience for the first time. They missed something on an order and won’t take care of it. Called in the missing items but they refused to take care of it so I have to reorder and pay twice.
