I would like to preface this review by stating that I used to regularly order from CRL. They've never been great with customer service, but this location in particular is like some artist decided to create the most awful, mismanaged establishment possible in an attempt to prove that people will buy from anywhere regardless of how poorly they're treated. It almost seems as though they feel they've been preordained by God Himself in this particular project, as they have so much passion in creating the worst customer experience possible that it's almost worth commending.

Literally the worst customer service experience of your life.

A great place if you want to:
-Be put on hold the moment you call for 20 minutes at a time, without any warning or reason.
-Have product you ordered a week ago never ship "for some reason" multiple times.
-Be subjected to some of the most rude employees you've ever spoken to (to be fair, I have no clue if this is the employee's fault or the absolutely awful management, because it seems horribly disorganized See above)
-Talk to managers who are much more concerned with having someone to yell at (be it you, or one of their employees) than actually fixing the problem.

So if you really enjoy total, and complete incompetence, being on hold for upwards of 20 minutes (and you WILL need to be transferred to at least one person, so you're looking at more like 40+ minutes), having product that you order never actually arrive and listening to nothing but constant excuses: then by all means ignore this review and give them 5 stars.

All in all, the fervor and dedication in creating such a void of total human thought is almost beautiful. If the manager's goal was to make me question my existence on this tiny awful speck of a planet, then they've done their job. I used to be a generally happy person, but all the time I've spent on the phone either on hold or trying to fix their mistakes has drained me of my emotions, of my soul.

So: 1 Star, they suck and I am now a husk of person because of the time I've spent with them. Save yourself the trouble of calling them and just order your supplies from Burger King. They will have an equal ability to help you get the product you need, but will be much nicer about having no clue what you're talking about.

The girl who is in customer service is kindly not professional at all, with a smile on her face she is not able to help you or she does not want to sell, I really don't understand, I just drove from homestead to this location to look for some material, and he is so incompetent at selling that I don't know how people still come, it will be out of necessity just like me, but as long as you can order it somewhere else, do it, believe me

God if I could give this place a zero I would. Front desk know absolutely NOTHING about what they sell. No knowledge whatsoever. Simply the to punch in numbers and can't even tell you differences. When time to pick up orders, even worse! Guys are just checking their phone's while we wait for 3 boxes. What makes it worse is that there is NO OTHER CUSTOMERS HERE. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE FRONT DESK SERVICE. JUS horrible... 🙁

This place is hit or miss..
Most of the front desk staff are clueless as to the parts and what they sell..
All buyers must check their merchandise before departing crl..
I've had countless negative experiences here oh, and a few good experiences I could count on one hand

This is a supplier to many glass/window companies. The staff is nice. If you are looking for Hurricane protection options, this is a great place.

Service above measure. Front office is very inviting, inspite of the covid-19. I just wish there were more company's like CRL of Miami.?
