CRL finish quality is poor. Brand new windows and paint is pealing. CRL has poor customer service and does not support their vendors reasonably to take responsibility for their poor manufacturing and QC processes, so you’ll be stuck fixing your $800 window yourself.

I purchased a CRL 3-piece slider window for my Dodge truck. If fir the perimeter OK, but sits too far from the pinch weld. I figured I did something wrong, so i contacted CRL for some advice. I talked to a "Steve" who could not answer my question ("We're not set up for installation") nor bother to give me ANY assistance other than to tell me to contact an installer. His attitude was very dismissive, and conveyed the message that their products are for professional installers only; us DIY guys don't matter.
