If you are even considering hiring a wedding planner/coordinator - STOP YOUR SEARCH NOW AND HIRE DANIELA FROM CUSTOM CREATIONS FOR ALL OCCASSIONS! I had gone back and forth between deciding whether or not I wanted or needed a coordinator to support the flow of our wedding during the final weeks leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I'm so glad I decided to hire Daniela. It truly was one of the best decisions I made during our wedding planning. She did an amazing job and I genuinely have no idea how our wedding would've flowed, much less as smoothly as it did, without Daniela there to support. Daniela will make sure there are no problems, and if there are (which there always is the possibility) she will handled those issues sometimes even without the bride or groom even knowing. Daniela is a great communicator, so as long as you are keeping an open line of communication with her and looping her in on any emails with vendors, she will there to ensure you have the perfect wedding day!

Additionally, I would like to thank Lena as well. Lena is the in-house seamstress at Custom Creations. She did such a great job with the few details I needed tailored and my bustle. I live in North Orlando but it was definitely worth making the drive out to Palm Bay to meet with both Daniela and Lena.

I honestly don’t know how I could have made it through the last month of planning and the wedding day without Daniela! At our initial meeting I told her I didn’t want to be asked a million questions or bothered on our wedding day and she made sure that didn’t happen. It was such a smooth and beautiful day. Daniela is so personable, funny, and was so easy to work with. Our wedding was in January and who would’ve ever thought it’d be stormy and humid Well it happened to us and our ceremony was supposed to be outdoors. She made it so easy for us to decide to move it indoors and still managed to make it seem like it was planned to be that way the whole time! Our timeline during the reception moved a little quicker than we had planned and she was right there to make sure it all moved smoothly. I can’t thank her enough for all of her help and all the details and little things she helped take care of through out our planning process and wedding day! I would 100/100 recommend her if you’re looking for a wedding coordinator!

It’s hard to know where to start this review, taking into consideration all Daniela did for us. She answered every dumb question, she handled every situation that arose, and she conducted our wedding with the professionalism you can only dream of. My husband said that his favorite thing about Daniela is how no-nonsense she is, while still being approachable- I think he summed it up perfectly. Daniela has a very can-do, ‘I got it handled’ attitude, while simultaneously being kind and welcoming.

She created our timeline and sent it to me for review prior to distributing copies to our vendors and bridal party, made notes and changes per my requests, and handled all further communication and questions from vendors about it. She took on stress that didn’t need to be transferred to me, and was taking phone calls from the bridal party while running around setting up the 1000 details I had put together ?

I have zero complaints about any of our vendors, and we know that’s largely due to Daniela’s help and coordination. We just loved working with her and can’t thank her enough for making our day as perfect as it was.

Daniela was so phenomenal! She was so organized and helpful! At one point in my wedding I spilt Nutella on my dress and she got it out in five minutes! She made our day so special and I couldn’t have been happier!

Daniela is very awesome to work with! My wife and I decided to hire her as she is the preferred Day of Coordinator of Dragonfly Farms. She is very friendly, outgoing, and has sarcastic humor. A few things to note, we think Daniela was a little too relaxed with the timeline. Our ceremony started at 2 pm and she stated the guys do did not have to arrive until 11:30 am - 12 pm and we would have enough time. It was a good thing, I arrived at 11 am, otherwise I would have run out of time, it was down to the wire getting ready. Also, we believe it was a combination of the make-up/hair artist, but they started getting my wife ready way too late, and tried to skip our first touch picture. The only reason we have that picture, is because I spoke up and it was important to us. We did not even have time to decide where to have the picture taken, we were just slid against the dressing room door at the last minute. It felt like a ton of rushing, like we were running behind, just to have plenty of leftover time at the evening for dancing we could have cut down on to instead have more time getting ready. It was also communicated that Daniela would let the officiant know to move out of the way for our "I do" and kiss picture, and we are not sure she let him know. Overall, Daniela was kind, aims to make your dream wedding happen, and fantastic to work with. We do recommend hiring her, but just make sure when planning you have more then enough time on the timeline.
