DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR JEWELRY!!!
I took a ring to be repaired that had great emotional value to me; the picture above shows what they did to it. It needed one tiny diamond replaced and came back scourched, melted, and with more diamonds missing. The owner said it was my fault because the ring was "bad quality" (not the case) and started off apologetic, however when we weren't ok with leaving with a ruined ring and wanted compensation (it cost $2300 to be repaired by a reputable goldsmith after the damage done by Elegance Jewelers) the owner stated yelling and became abusive, accusing my fiance and I of "bullying" him and being racist. In the end we left with a low quality ring as compensation (they refused to pay for the ring to be repaired elsewhere, which is what we thought was fair) that our regular jeweler would not take as payment- I. e. Not worth the $2300 it cost us to repair the ring, despite Elegance Jewelers having a tag on the ring saying it was supposedly worth $4950. We gave this place a try because of the good reviews, and gave them multiple chances to make this right, only to be yelled at and called names. STAY AWAY!

The owners of Elegance Goldsmith are some of the worst people I have had to deal with.... they were both verbally abusive after they ruined my wife's engagement ring. Not apologetic, and tried to get us out of the store with no compensation whatsoever.
They gave us a small ring that was much lower in value as payment to get our ring fixed...
Our $10,000 ring was ruined and we had to have rebuilt from scratch by another jeweler.
We spent $2300 to rebuild the ring, and went back to request assistance with the rebuild cost and were abused yet again by the owners. The man snatched the ring from my wife's hands and refused to give it back...So they melted her ring, and then stole the property that they gave us to somehow compensate the damage.
Very bad client/owner relationship skills, and not being accountable for his bad workmanship cost us a lot of money for no reason.
Try a more reputable licensed jeweler if you need repairs of any kind.

They can turn around fast repairs obviously...because they are never busy!

Great service and affordability! We used Elegance Goldsmith for our wedding rings. They had great variety at a great price. They even re-sized the heirloom engagement ring in-house and did not farm it off to a secondary location. Truly amazing craftsmanship and quality.

This place is great! The owners are so polite and professional. The store is clean and very organized. They are very fast with their services and prices are so affordable and fair. The ring I had was quoted at Ben Moss and People’s at over a thousand dollars to fix with at least a month needed for the service and here it was just over $100 and less than one week. I honestly will never go to a chain store for any of my fixing again. I am so happy I went here and will go back and have been recommending this place to anyone and everyone.

Excellent service. They resized my engagement ring in 10 minutes, and it looks perfect. They didn’t have to send it away and then take weeks to come back. Very knowledgeable. Don’t be deterred by the area. Buzz in and you’re in good hands!
