I don’t know why this store is highly rated on google, I would have given zero star rating but there’s no option of it
Worst place to buys clothes in jwala heri market , rude staff, poor quality clothes
After sale service is really pathetic
My and my wife bought 3 suits salwar sets from them, at the time of selling they’ll give u VIP treatment
But when we returned back with defective salwars one month back
They assured us within one we will get new peice but after 3rd visit issue was still no resolved then they asked us to come next Tuesday if the issue is still get unsolved we’ll get a full refund
It was our 4th visit yesterday they refused for new peice they( specially mr. gabba )started taking arrogantly that we cannot do anything thing again give us more time to resolve the issue. We asked for refund they didn’t respond, they said ownder is not here, matlab piss lene hain toh apko toh owner nahi chahiye lekin pise refund karne hain toh owner ni hai yaha, cash counter par ek bhaiya aur ek aunty bethti hain jo sbko pagal bana rhe hain , nakli saman bech rhe hain. Paisa dedo bas inhe. Complaint na karo

I live in USA and was looking for some party wear suits for my mother in law. Tried to contact my relatives and friends to buy for her as she doesn't go shopping. Every time I called my sister who bought but this time she was out of town so I searched this store on google and contacted them. On video call they showed me their beautiful collections, all were pretty nice I was so confused to choose and finally bought 2. Same day they delivered to my mother in law without any extra charge. She really likes both suits and very happy. Material is so good, color and design is beautiful. Next time I'll only contact this store. Thanks
