Anna and Tessie were so sweet! They were very welcoming and helpful. Anna was able to educate me more about the differences in gold, the history of the store, and the history of Charleston! Originally went through the Gold Creations website and landed by accident with Gold Creations 74 S Market St, Charleston, SC. They will now be my first stop when looking for jewelry. Patrick and the team are absolutely wonderful! I wanted a bracelet for my daughter's 21st. Patrick was so patient with me as we went through many iterations for the design. He helped and guided me (I am a 60 year old guy who knows nothing about jewelry) The bracelet was made and delivered, and my daughter was delighted with it. Several months later she had a minor issue. Once again, they immediately were 'on it'. They sent a shipping label, we returned it, they fixed it and they returned it. We can't be more happy with the service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Hello from Greenville, SC! Patrick and his team at Gold Creations are exceptional with their customers! They have went above and beyond to help out with an exchange (more than once), repair, and new gift purchases. We visit the store every time we travel to Charleston and are sure to spread the word about this amazing gem with all of our friends and family! Before my mother passed away, she had purchased her very first rice bead bracelet from Gold Creations. She always told everyone it was her favorite piece of jewelry. To honor her, all women in our family now wear their rice beads and never take them off! The quality of the jewelry, how reasonably priced their pieces are, and how unique the jewelry pieces are make them truly one of a kind. The difference though in what really makes Gold Creations our favorite jeweler to purchase from is the way you are felt from beginning to end as a customer. You feel like you are genuinely the only customer in the store. They are the Chick-fil-A of them all (IYKYK)!! Thank you again for my diamond cut rice bead bracelet, tiny rice bead bracelet, rose gold filled rice bead bracelet, and rice bead ring (not pictured)!

Gold Creations is such a wonderful jewelry store! I purchased a signet ring from them, and it is gorgeous! The staff that works there are great to work with and are so friendly. I highly recommend Gold Creations if you are thinking of buying any jewelry!

My daughter and I ran across this lovely jewelry store by chance while walking around Charleston. After our great time in the store, I ended up working with the manager and staff three different times over the phone. I cannot say enough about how exemplary their customer service was, I mean to the extreme - excellent service - each time I spoke with different people. We are so excited about the jewelry we bought. Our pieces are so unique and will provide us a reminder of our Charleston vacation with family. I highly recommend this jewelry store!

You cannot beat the customer service and quality jewelry at Gold Creations. Unique Charleston inspired pieces mixed with estate jewelry and something for any shopper at any price point. I've been coming here for years and love following their Instagram page to keep up with new arrival pieces. Many years ago, I was with family members in Charleston and I purchased three (same) pendants from Gold Creations. One for my sister, my mom and myself to always remember our trip together. I recently misplaced my gate pendant and was devastated as it had family ties for me. I contacted Gold Creations and Alexandra assisted me. While they no longer had that pendant in inventory, she found one for me and I just received it this past week. I could not be more thrilled with the customer service, kindness, and how Alexandra went above and beyond to help me replace that pendant. My heart s so happy now to have this remembrance piece. Alexandra and Gold Creations are wonderful! I highly recommend them. 🥰
