Intentionally showed unit at 6:30 PM with no electricity, making it impossible to see how filthy unit is. I asked them to come clean it, they don't respond. They even hid trash under a tarp in the backyard from previous tenants. They didn't provide mailkey, told me to go to post office and pay to get locks changed and get a new key. The day I moved in the lawn was already breaking the lease agreement of 6 in or less. Roaches and other bugs all over the place. Multiple lightbulbs were dead. Holes in the wall in every room, broken outlets, dirty walls, filthy carpet.

Extremely frustrating having to spend my time and money on things that should have been done before I moved in.

We are tenants at one of Joa Realty's rental properties. Recently our A/C went out and the owner sent someone out the next morning to fix it. When they discovered that the unit needed to be replaced they were able to replace it within 24 hours - something much appreciated in this Texas heat!
