Superior price inferior product and service.
Ive bought a birthday present for my wife here. A necklace.
My wife who has a small stockpile of jewelry told me that the chain crumbled and broke in here hand.
Well due to the fact it's only been wore 3 times and was bought less then two weeks prior I went to the store to ask them to change it as it seems like a Lemon product. Also the box that they gave me was super cheap and fell apart during this time(all in the pics)
Well I was surprised that she offered me the care program and said that I need another 60$ to get it.
Nice scam. Sell bad products that sell protection packages.
The claimed it's wear and tear. Well after 3 times of use I find it hard to believe.
They couldn't help more than providing me a discount for a new chain.
It's the holiday season.... Don't buy Micheal hill they don't stand for their products and sell you a cheap product for luxury premium.

I had the pleasure of having Alexandria assist me. She was so genuine, kind and helpful that I felt the need to do a review. Her level of customer service was above what is commonly given today in our world. Although I did not buy anything she made such an impact on my experience that I know the next time I buy jewelry it will hands down be at this store. Thank you for brightening my day and giving hope that there are still wonderful people out there!

I have been shopping at Michael Hill since 2016, i go there for all my Jewelry needs. I have bought rings, bracelets, earings, watches and more for myself and for people in my life and never have been disappointed.

I needed a new watch and had the pleasure of dealing with Brenda, she is absolutely amazing. She was caring, accommodating and super friendly. She got me a real good deal and made sure i was taken care of 10/10 would recommend.

Certificate shows listed proce but its definitely not what I paid ?

I had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience at this location, they were only nice during the purchase but when I went to return something (within the refund period) the tone changed and they were incredibly condescending and rude. The manager was not explaining why we could not return it, instead telling us we just couldn’t.

I wouldn’t have written a review if they weren’t absolutely unprofessional and mean to us in the way they spoke. Mind you I spent almost 5 thousand dollars here so I was very very disappointed when the service was so excruciatingly DISGUSTING.

Looking at the other reviews it looks like other people had the same experiences and I think that manager should be reprimanded and possibly fired. This is no way to treat customers or manage a business.

No wonder this place has so many 1 star reviews.

Absolute garbage! Bought a morganite ring coming up on a year and a half and the quality is very disappointing. It has become very cloudy and dull. When I went in for a cleaning they said there is nothing much they can do. Worse than this after the cleaning (went on Thursday) my side diamond has now fallen out!! Honestly, the poorest quality ring you could imagine. I am so enraged! DO NOT RECOMMEND this business!!!!

My fiance and I went for our ring shopping to Michael Hill in Limeridge and we had such a good experience with Najah. She was very patient and kind with us. Showing us different rings without making us feel rushed. She has such a good energy and you could tell she wants to do her best. It felt like she was our friend rather than a sales person. She made ring shopping fun.

I visited Michael Hill looking for an engagement ring yesterday. While I was dealing with a filippine looking sales associate, I was truly disappointed to hear her subjective commentary of another jewelry store in the mall, which mentioned how used jewelry was being sold, rather than focusing on her own merchandise. This type of salesmanship illustrates that their merchandise must be lacking if this is the strategy resorted to. I wondered why in the past I was sent to the store being discussed for repairs in the past. I bought from the other store because I would not want to trust such a store for such an important purchase. Totally questionable at best.

After visiting several other jewelers and goldsmiths, we decided to purchase our wedding bands at Michael Hill Limeridge last week and it was one of the best decisions we have made throughout our wedding planning process. Alexandra was phenomenal to work with! She listened attentively to our needs and readily provided appropriate products based on her wealth of knowledge. She did her best to meet all of our needs and we are beyond satisfied with our purchases. The selection of bands was so expansive, I ended up buying not one but TWO, also because the prices were that good!! We will be back for sure! Thank you, Michael Hill and Alexandra 🙂
