Mario and his team surpassed all of our expectations. From budget transparency to timeline to quality of work they really went above and beyond. We renovated our kitchen with them and couldn't be happier with the results or the process!

I tried to contacted you via text messages on January 6th, I have the messages from you about the refund for the windows that was paid to you in the amount of 1500. You said you will refund you never did. On January 16 I tried to contacted you regarding a leaking from master bathroom you didn’t answer me because you blocked me. The bench your team did twice , leaked water again because wasn’t properly waterproof and sealed it. I have documentation of everything, pictures, videos and text messages, as well as witnesses such as my new contractor that has to redo the master shower , causing me to buy more material and paid for extra work , that exactly was paid to your company in the entire amount you asked, I have the receipts for all payments done. Charges for this is around 4000. Also the vanity in first floor your team damaged with water leaking you said you will replace at not charge. You didn’t . This will cause to pay Plummer to remove existing vanity to replace it with the new one I already ordered at studio 41. You did not follow the floor plan from the architect to install the new furnace and this caused to be not approved by the city for inspection causing extra expenses to remove it and relocated it according to floor plans previously submitted in the amount of 4000 I paid you. Stairs in basement started coming off from the floor and detached as were not properly secured and causing me to fall from the stairs . Your team caused damaged to my dishwasher and wine cooler by placing glued in the unit, pictures were provided it to you previously too. Patio door wasn’t installed properly either and there was noise and cool coming from the air , I had to paid a contractor to level and fixed the patio door , also you ordered the wrong patio door and promised you will change it which you didn’t. With all these documentation , I am entirely in my right to ask for the refund for all the damaged you caused to my property and causing me to pay extra to fix all the wrong work performed by your company and the failed of you to respond my messages to fix it on time . I will not recommend this company at all.

We used modern creations to do our cedar roof and were very pleased with the job site cleanliness, quality roof, and timing of the project. We would recommend them! Thank you !

Owner (Mario) was amazing, and a great communicator, he came out personally to help survey and ultimately come up with the ideal deck design I needed for my back yard! Even though they do much larger construction projects, (compared to my deck) they were very professional and thorough. The project manager (Adam) made sure to keep me informed of the progress and timelines, even with unexpected rain days in between! Will certainly use these guys for all my projects moving forward!
