Stephen is the real deal! I was browsing Reddit for ideas for engagement rings and a comment said along the lines of “Talk to Stephen Fortner, even if you don’t buy from him he has great advice”.

I was exploring the prospect of custom rings after seeing the ready-to-wear options out there. He gave me actionable advice backed by decades of experience. He is a true craftsman dedicated to his craft. I gave a few screenshots for inspiration, he supplied a CAD in short manner and presented the ring a short 6 weeks later.

My fiancé loves the ring and said “even I could not have designed this better!” I love the small embellishments and attention to detail on it. The ring looks absolutely beautiful and we are very happy with it!

Stephen did amazing work on my rings! I was very nervous about having my rings sized down because they have sentimental significance to me. They have engravings on them that I wanted to make sure were kept the same. Not only did he keep the engravings intact, he also cleaned them and fixed the claws around the diamond all for a great price! I couldn’t be happier, thank you Stephen!

My partner and I met Stephen this summer during an Art Walk. We fell in love with one of the rings on display - it was such a uniquely designed art nouveau ring with a spectacular Tzavorite garnet. We presented Stephen with the difficult task of turning a delicate bracelet into a pair of earrings that would incorporate the pavé pebbles in a creative fashion. Our expectations were surpassed as Stephen finished the work sooner than estimated, at a reasonable price, but most of all when we were handed the stunning pair seen in this photo. You also enlarged a ring which fits me perfectly and you polished and removed an engraving from a little silver child’s ring. It’s a family ring from 90 years ago which I will pass on to my granddaughter.

I met Stephen recently and asked him to create a princess cut eternity ring for me. I was expecting it to be beautiful as Stephen uses the latest technology to make sure you get precisely what you have envisioned prior to producing the actual ring. When Stephen opened the little blue box to present me with the ring, my jaw actually dropped! It was "beyond stunning"! I get compliments daily from complete strangers, even my husband who doesn't pay much attention to jewelry was Gobsmacked! Such a quality, intricately detailed, well made ring. We were so happy that we asked him to create a second custom designed 3-stone ring that was different from all the other typical 3-stone rings. Stephen is incredibly patient, was willing to work with me and tweak his ideas and design down to the minute details to ensure we were both on the same page. WOW, the second ring is "Stupendous"!! It is hard to express how incredibly impressed my husband & I are over Stephen's unique design, professionalism and quality workmanship. The most 'fun' part of picking up my rings from Stephen was seeing that big smile on his face when he watched the excitement and overjoyed expression on my face as he opened those little blue boxes!
