Small business company that are great in everything they do. Good communication all the time (even weekends) before and after the sale. I am super happy with the pool and everything they did. I would recommend them 100%.

Great company last year we got our pool ordered and a week later installed in less than 8 hours. They worked with us for our favorite area in the yard. Through out the year helped us understand how to use the pool and all the different ways to operate the pump. Went the cord went bad they answered us quickly and had it installed less than 3 days due to the weekend. Great family business!!

I had a new pool installed by this company and they did a great job. I have enjoyed my pool with my grandkids all summer without any problems. great communication, they show up when they say they're going to, and my Pool was worth every penny.

We couldn't be happier with our pool! From first contact Scott at Unique Creations impressed us with his knowledge and professionalism. We wanted our above ground pool totally inground, which requires a retaining wall. They excavated, (and placed the dirt and leveled it in various low spots we had in the backyard) put in drains, built the wall beautifully, and landscaped around it. They cleaned up everything. The pool, pump, and ionizer have been trouble free.

Hello I own a small business and commented that I clean above ground pools in north Florida area, I didn’t notice I was commenting under a paid advertisement, my apologies I felt bad as soon as you pointed it out to me. But to be so nasty and disrespectful to me and a simple please don’t do that would have sufficed. But no you wanted to get me together and then block me without me saying my apologies. Thanks for teaching me the importance of respect even when someone doesn’t understand give them the opportunity. I hope you take and learn from this or simply not care and conduct business this way fine with me but I am truly sorry for the comment and I really wish I could take it back but as far as how you handled that WOW!!!

Scott and Cara made the process painless on our new pool. They were very informative throughout the process and everything came out great. Prices are fair and quality of work is great.

My wife and I were on the fence about getting a pool so we spoke to many companies to learn more and when we first inquired with Unique Creations, Cara made sure ALL of our questions were answered (and there were many). We couldn’t start our install for a few months and Cara was incredibly patient and helpful during that time. On day of install, Scott and his crew showed up at exactly the time they said they would and got right ready to work. The crew guys were respectful, patient and helpful whenever we went out there to check on the process. We ran into an unfortunate obstacle due to electrical repair that had to get done while they were digging. It had nothing to do with them but Cara and Scott were there every step of the way making sure we understood how we had to resolved the minor bump in the process. This was our first time doing this and instead of letting us know what was wrong and how it had to get fixed, Cara went out of her way to make phone calls to help us find a company that could have helped us resolve the issue we were having. After it was resolved, these guys knocked it off the park within a day. Cara and Scott are like family because we stay in touch with them with any questions and Cara of course with no hesitation is always there to answer all of the questions and walk us through the process start to finish. If you are unsure about investing in a pool for any reason you won’t regret reaching out to and doing business with Unique Creations. I hope this company continues to grow throughout the state because it would be well deserved success. Cara and Scott you guys and your crew are the BEST!!
